Thank you for your interest in Parma! We hope you will love it as much as we do!
We started making what we now call Parma! while on a path searching for the answer to my
severe allergies and sensitivities. We wanted something that we could use like a parmesan with
out all the dairy-baggage (lactose intolerance as well as hormones, antibiotics, and the rest
of the nasty stuff that goes along with factory farmed animals). Everyone we served Parma! to
loved it, not only people with food restrictions, so we decided to start bottling it…..and the
rest is history (and a lot of hard work).
We are a mom and pop (with our little ones) trying to make it in the wacky world of distributors,
food brokers, food additives, functional ingredients....so please ask for Parma! at your favorite
retailers and share Parma! with everyone you know (even non-vegans--you will be turning them
onto a product they will likely love and helping them have a more healthful lifestyle). Let them know you want
products that truly are natural, healthful, made with real ingredients made by mother earth, not the lab,
and most of all buy Parma! -- knowing that you are putting food into your
body that fuels your cells in a healthful way. Food that is made with love.

In between working on Eat in the Raw and reveling in the beauty, wisdom, humor, and love of our girls, we are working

Some of our latest and most exciting news is that Parma! has been Kosher certified by Oregon Kosher.
Also, the girls at Skinny Bitch have listed Parma! as one of their favorite products. They have
two New York Times best sellers, their latest is Skinny Bitch in the Kitch. Check 'em out!
